This apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in San Juan.
The living room has a gorgeous white leather sectional sofa, and an entertainment center with 50" plasma TV, cable and wireless internet.
The open kitchen has all-wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and and eating bar.
Sleep comfortably in the spacious bedroom, which features a modern, reclaimed wood king-sized bed and nightstands, a comfy chair for reading, and two big dressers.
The roomy bathroom has tile throughout and a beautiful glass-block enclosed shower.
Best of all, a wide balcony overlooks Ashford Avenue and the ocean and features an all-weather rattan seating for enjoying breakfast with an ocean view, or sunset cocktails.
Splendid beaches, deluxe hotels, fantastic restaurants, shops, nights spots and two casinos---all are within a short walking distance of this apartment! If you're looking for a perfect place to stay and enjoy San Juan, this location can't be beat.
Simply strap on the provided beach chairs and head out the building's front door - you'll find great beaches to your left and to your right, less than a five-minute walk either way.
If paddle boarding, kayaking or wind surfing are more your speed, the lagoon, situated directly behind the apartment building, will be right up your alley. You'll find rentals for these activities right around the corner at Aqua Fitness (making it easy to walk outside and be in the water in minutes). There is access to the lagoon directly from the back of the building.
Don't miss out on the charms of Old San Juan, or the historic San Felipe del Morro Fortress. They're a short bus ride away, and the bus stop is directly across from the apartment building. Or why not walk - you'll be there in 30 minutes or less.
Speaking of walking, be sure to make the short walk to the Miramar neighborhood, just on the other side of the lagoon. In this residential quarter you'll find plenty of great restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores and markets, and even a quaint movie theater. It's only fifteen minutes by foot.
Ocean Side has had a long and successful rental history. However, I am the new owner of the apartment and so this listing is new, which is why there are few reviews. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you plan a perfect vacation in paradise..

Neighborhood overviewHi , you have a beach at walking distance 2min, small little cozy beach thats right in front of the Condado Plaza Hilton Hotel... the beach in front of Hotel La Concha is also at walking distance. 10min walk. Our favorites restaurant and breakfast places are: 1. Cocina Abierta ( the peruvian causa and calamari #1 for us) 2. Raices (old san juan) 3. Rosa de Triana (old San Juan) 4. Tijuanas (best margaritas) condado 4. Jose Enrique (puerto rican food by chef at "la placita" Best coffee spots: 1. Cuatro Sombras at Old San Juan. 2. Don Ruiz Coffee Old San Juan 3. Ben & Jerrys Condado for a nice breakfast, a sandwich or burger after the beach. You can find information and reviews for all on trip advisor.
Getting aroundNo car is needed to enjoy Condado, Miramar and Old San Juan. Uber is now available in San Juan and an Uber ride to most places (including Old San Juan, Miramar, Loiza, and the airport) will be generally be $10 or less. Should you choose to rent a car, there are two rental agencies within a few blocks, and a large public parking lot across the street.
Please note that the parking lot is not associated with my apartment or building. Parking rates are charged hourly so please check with area lots for current rates.
