The space
This is a studio apartment 350 sq ft so all open plan with bedroom kitchen and bathroom most suitable for couples. There is a sofa bed but it’s in the same room as the bed. Fee for lost keys $100 or house rules violations . Third floor apartment elevator building. Puerto Rico is a beautiful island, but water and electricity can sometimes go out and this is not predictable. Parking is on or across the street.
Additional notes
House rules of the HOA

No items left outside the front door do not leave clothes drying or any items in hallway including shoes or out of the windows.

No smoking in building or outside in parking lot.

No garbage left anywhere. There are garbage rooms on each floor near elevator

When you come in from beach please be clothed and not wet

No loud music or drinking around the building. It’s a quiet community.

Parking only in spots you are shown. Any spots under the building are forbidden or with letters painted on them.

There is a fine of $100 for any broken house rules
